Delivery options?
Collect in store – FREE
Please allow up to 24 hours for your item to be ready for collection. You can always contact us and check if quicker collection is possible. We understand you can’t wait to ride your new bike. When collecting in person you must show your order confirmation.
Home delivery – FREE
Please allow up to 48 hours for goods to be delivered to your doorstep. Tuffnells offer 24 hours delivery time (if order is made before noon) however we reserve 24 hours to build your bike and do safety checks before dispatch.
You will receive an email from Tuffnells when your bike leaves us, advising a delivery date.
Delivery abroad
We do not offer delivery outside of United Kingdom.
Do we deliver on weekends?
No. If an order is made over the weekend, Tuffnells will collect goods on Monday for a Tuesday delivery, but only if bike is built and safety checks completed. Otherwise, bike will be prepared on Monday, collected Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday by Tuffnells.
If the order is placed on Friday before noon Tuffnells will collect on the same day and deliver Monday excluding Bank Holidays, but only if bike is built and safety checks completed. Otherwise, bike will be prepared on Friday, collected Monday and delivered on Tuesday by Tuffnells.
What happens if I’m not in when my purchase arrives?
A card will be left for you to contact the local depot to arrange the delivery unless you have asked Tuffnells to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour, however this will need to be entered on the special instructions during purchase.
If left in safe place, you can see where the delivery has been placed in a safe location with a photo and time as a proof.
If nobody at home to accept goods at the first delivery attempt, Tuffnells will attempt second delivery the following day. If nobody at home to accept delivery at the second time, Tuffnells will attempt third delivery the next day. All additional delivery attempts after first one will be extra charged and must be covered by customer.
After three delivery attempts goods will be returned to the seller.

How to track delivery?
You will be updated with an email and tracking number to check the status of your active consignments in real time as they pass through the network.
How Tuffnells inform customers regarding progress of delivery?
When your consignment is out for delivery, you will be able to see which number drop the delivery is planned to be. This will let you know when to expect your delivery.
What in case of delivery delay?

What if the delivered bike will be damaged due delivery?
The goods must be signed for as damaged before any claim process can take place. This also needs to be reported to Tuffnells within 7 days. If the goods are lost this must be reported in withing 14 days. Check T&C’s.
Is a signature required?
Yes, unless you have asked us to leave in specific safe place.

Return
The return period for unused and boxed in original packaging product is 30 days from the date that you receive your order. If you wish to return purchased item please contact us and we will arrange collection on your cost.
