Cycles of ROMET are created in their own factories in a full production process – from design, through 3D frame printing, laboratory tests of the bicycle parts, right through to frame production and field testing. Company also manufactures rims and wheels in Poland.

The technology of frame production on automated lines allows to shorten the entire bicycle making process, it also guarantees full control over the quality and the entire production operation.

In their factories, ROMET produces approximately 400K bicycles per annum, where robotic production lines integrate the world of industrial machines with the digital world to manufacture bicycle frames. Currently, ROMET supplies over 40 different markets in the world with their bicycles.
